Now Hiring: HVAC Sales Representative (1099) - Birmingham, AL 100% Commission | 20% of Profit Per Sale | Unlimited Earning Potential We're looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to sell residential HVAC systems in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no cap on income --you earn based purely on performance. Compensation * 100% commission-based * 20% commission paid on the profit of each sale * High-ticket HVAC systems with strong per-deal payouts Example Earnings Per Sale: * Average HVAC system sale: $12,000 * Average profit per system: $4,000 (example) * Your commission (20%) = $800 per sale Close 2 sales per week -> ~$1,600/week Close 4 sales per week -> ~$3,200/week Close 6 sales per week -> ~$4,800/week Consistent performers can earn $100,000 -$150,000+ per year. (Actual earnings depend on profit margin and sales volume.)
