About LuminLASH LuminLASH is a premier lash extension studio in [Missouri City/Sugar Land]. We're known for our exceptional client experience and certified lash artists. We're growing and need a friendly, organized team member to be the face of our studio. Job Summary: We're looking for an energetic Front Desk Coordinator to manage our client experience from booking to checkout. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, handle scheduling, answer questions, and help grow our business through excellent service and sales. Key Responsibilities:Client Experience: * Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere * Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally * Schedule appointments and manage our booking system * Check clients in/out and process payments Sales & Growth: * Promote our lash membership program * Upsell services and retail products * Follow up with new clients to encourage rebooking * Track and achieve monthly sales targets What We're Looking For: Required: * 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience * Excellent phone and in-person communication skills * Comfortable with computers and learning new software * Professional appearance and demeanor * Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred: * Experience in beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry * Sales or upselling experience * Familiarity with booking systems (Vagaro) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Personality Traits: * Friendly and outgoing * Detail-oriented and organized * Self-motivated and proactive * Team player with positive attitude What We Offer:Compensation: * Competitive hourly pay * Commission on sales and retail * Performance bonuses Benefits: * Flexible scheduling options * Discounted services for you and your family * Paid training on our services and systems * Growth opportunities as we expand * Supportive, fun team environment Job Type: Contract Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Application Question(s): * Are you 18 years old or older?
