Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their member experience - Making 100 calls a day to ensure proper follow-up for sales numbers - Trainnig and continued education for sales and service techniques - Tuesday/Thursday role playing with the team - Monthly sales meetings and quarterly evaluations - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing displays - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Pay -$15/hr - Commission- $15-35 per sale - Bonus Skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to stock, organize, and sell products in a retail environment - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Familiarity with basic math for transactions and calculations - Strong ability to upsell products to customers If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we invite you to apply for the Sales Associate position.
