Join us as we continue to grow and expand our business to the Non-Delegated Correspondent Channel! * Job Description Sales Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities include: * Overseas team of Account Executives * Works with Processors and Operations to bring loan to consummation * Recruit and Train Wholesale Account Executives * Maintains a working knowledge of Non-QM mortgage guidelines and program updates * This Regional Manager position works on-site in our Tampa, FL Office Skills and Qualifications: * Audit, Financial Skills, Financial Software, CRM Experience, Customer Service, Confidentiality, Analyzing Information, Decision Making, Verbal Communication. * Minimum 2 years mortgage experience * Must have active NMLS licenses, but would interview the right candidate that works for a depository * Proven track record * Byte experience a plus * References required up to hire Job Type: Full-time On-site * Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
