Overview Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow market share, build long-term customer relationships, and represent their brands in the field. This role is ideal for a proactive seller who thrives on developing new business while strengthening existing accounts. Key Responsibilities * Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory * Focus on selling company brands and reducing reliance on competitor products * Spend 20-25% of time on new business development * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships * Educate customers on product applications and solutions * Identify customer challenges and deliver value-based solutions * Collaborate closely with inside sales and vendor partners * Set and track monthly and annual sales and margin goals Qualifications & Attributes * Proven experience in B2B sales (manufacturing, distribution, or supplier environment preferred). * Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. * Willingness to continuously learn products, markets, and sales strategies.
