This role focuses on generating new leads, cultivating relationships, identifying project opportunities, and developing profitable outdoor living, landscape, hardscape, and commercial enhancement projects. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, designed, estimated, and handed off smoothly for construction. Exceptional communication, strong product knowledge, and professional client interaction are essential. 2 years of professional experience required. Key Responsibilities * Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand project goals and provide professional recommendations * Lead customers through the Donas Outdoor Living sales process from inquiry to signed contract * Conduct site visits, take measurements, gather project details, and review access/logistics * Prepare accurate and profitable estimates and proposals using SynkedUp * Collaborate with designers to develop 2D/3D plans for patios, landscapes, hardscapes, and outdoor living projects * Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building with homeowners, builders, HOAs, and property managers * Provide consistent communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle * Work closely with project managers for a smooth handoff after the sale * Track personal sales KPIs, follow-up tasks, pipeline performance, and estimate accuracy * Maintain strong product knowledge of materials, plants, drainage, hardscapes, and outdoor living features At Donas Outdoor Living, we foster a culture where every employee and customer matters.
