Location: Dumont, NJ (and surrounding areas - must be able to travel within a 1-hour radius) Salary: $52,000 per year base + Commission (uncapped earning potential based on account growth!) We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team, build strong relationships with dentists, and help drive the success of our lab through outstanding service and proactive account management. About the Role You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our dentist clients, ensuring their needs are met, cases are handled smoothly, and our lab continues to grow through excellent relationships and service. This role involves some local travel to visit clients within a 1-hour radius of Dumont, NJ. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dental clients and prospect new accounts in the local area * Serve as the main liaison between clients and our production team - communicate case updates, preferences, and feedback * Track restorations through production, follow up on timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery * Proactively address client questions, concerns, and needs while suggesting solutions or product upgrades * Collect feedback from dentists to help improve our services and products * Assist with occasional quality checks and client visits as needed * Meet account growth and sales targets - your success is rewarded with commission!
