As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Used Sales Representative to join our team. Job Description: As a Used Car Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue for our company. Your main responsibilities will include: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify potential customers through research, networking, and other lead generation methods. - Develop and maintain a database of leads for follow-up and future sales opportunities. 2. Customer Engagement: - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our used car sales. 3. Sales and Negotiation: - Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. - Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. 4. Achieving Sales Targets: - Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. 5. Market Analysis: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges. 6. Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management. *Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Knowledge of cars and understanding of used products is a plus. Education and Experience: - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in used car sales or related roles will be advantageous.
