Retail Sales Associate | Driftwood Driftwood is looking for a passionate, people-loving Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with customers, and are comfortable balancing in-store sales with light computer work, this could be the perfect fit. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them discover pieces they love, and supports the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our boutique running smoothly. What You'll Do * Greet and engage customers in a warm, welcoming way * Learn our collections and confidently share product details, styling tips, pricing, and care * Help customers find pieces that fit their style and needs * Cross-sell and style complete looks to elevate the shopping experience * Process sales, returns, and exchanges through our point-of-sale system * Assist with inventory management, tagging, and stock organization * Perform basic computer tasks including data entry, inventory updates, and order lookups * Help maintain accurate records and support daily store operations * Keep the sales floor organized, styled, and fully stocked * Support teammates during busy times to ensure seamless service * Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager * Stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers What We're Looking For * A genuine love for fashion and retail * Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset * Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic retail software * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment * 21 years or older preferred * Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities Position Details * Job Type: Part-Time * Growth Opportunities: Yes Perks * Employee discount * Supportive, inspiring team * Opportunity to build retail, styling, and operational skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * Must be 21 or over Work Location: In person
