Retail Sales Associate | Driftwood Driftwood is looking for a passionate, people-loving Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with customers, and are comfortable balancing in-store sales with light computer work, this could be the perfect fit. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them discover pieces they love, and supports the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our boutique running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, welcoming way
• Learn our collections and confidently share product details, styling tips, pricing, and care
• Help customers find pieces that fit their style and needs
• Cross-sell and style complete looks to elevate the shopping experience
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges through our point-of-sale system
• Assist with inventory management, tagging, and stock organization
• Perform basic computer tasks including data entry, inventory updates, and order lookups
• Help maintain accurate records and support daily store operations
• Keep the sales floor organized, styled, and fully stocked
• Support teammates during busy times to ensure seamless service
• Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager
• Stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers What We're Looking For
• A genuine love for fashion and retail
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic retail software
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 21 years or older preferred
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities Position Details
