Overview We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing our market presence. The Regional Sales Manager will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * 100% of the job is to identify new business opportunities and bring them as a new clients. You will follow up on leads you identify and our 100+ team members working with you! * Oversee new account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales effort to drive sales for our portfolio of hotels * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. * Provide weekly reporting on sales activities and performance Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or management within B2B environments--preferably in the hospitality * Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales approaches including cold calling and retail sales techniques. * Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell services, and close deals effectively through negotiation skills. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and foster positive customer relationships. * Analytical skills for assessing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies. * Join us as a Regional Sales Manager to energize our growth trajectory by building meaningful client relationships, leading innovative sales initiatives, and making a tangible impact across your territory!
