As the industry leader in pond, fountain, and water feature solutions, Aquascape is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across our Southeast U.S. territory. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys managing a territory, building strong customer relationships, and delivering measurable results. What You 'll Do You'll be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Sales & Territory Growth * Achieve individual and regional sales goals with a base salary plus monthly commission structure * Identify, develop, and manage growth opportunities within the assigned territory * Build and execute a strategic sales call plan based on account potential * Conduct regular in-person customer visits and site meetings * Lead new product launches and drive adoption across accounts * Monitor competitive activity and market trends * Maintain an annual personal sales plan aligned with regional objectives * Provide regular reports on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities Customer Relationships & Service * Build strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication * Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally * Partner closely with inside sales to deliver exceptional customer service * Deliver product and sales training to customers and retailers as needed Trade Shows & Events * Represent Aquascape at trade shows, regional events, and company-sponsored events What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals * Experience managing a defined sales territory * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Solid understanding of revenue and profitability drivers * Willingness to travel (approximately 3-4 days per week) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications * CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) * Sales experience in a related industry Compensation & Benefits * Starting salary: $72,000-$80,000 + monthly commission on territory sales * Full-time, salaried, exempt position * Benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more Work Environment & Travel * Territory-based role covering the Southeast U.S. * Regular domestic travel (3-4 days per week) * Occasional weekends based on business needs Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
