Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers directly at their homes, promote our home improvement services, and generate new business. Pay 100% Uncapped Commissions | Local Territory. Within this role we are looking for professionals who know how to work neighborhoods, build rapport fast, and close. This is not an entry-level role. If you've successfully sold D2D (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, windows, fiber, home services, etc.), we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities * Conduct friendly, professional door-to-door visits with strong homeowner demand to introduce our services and identify customer needs. * Selling Home Repairs, Home Maintenance, Construction, Windows, Roofs, Siding and more. * Effectively and clearly communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions and your proposition to prospective clients. * Negotiate service agreements and close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Engage in outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to nurture leads and follow up on previous contacts. * Collaborate with marketing efforts by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights for targeted outreach. * Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing detailed product information. * Fast closing cycle(same-day or short follow-up). What We Offer * Uncapped commission(top reps earn$80-150k+). * Weekly payouts on a two week delay. * Sales materials and training for the position. * No micromanagement- we care about results. Experience * 1+ year of door-to-door sales experience(required) * Must be available to work afternoons/ evenings and Saturdays. * Ability to close deals effectively. * Confident, professional, and resilient. * Self-motivated and reliable. * Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and inside sales techniques * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Background in technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required.
