Position Summary: As a Sales Executive you will target Corporations and Businesses to recommend GLEC services for their electronics recycling and I.T. Asset Management needs. Services to be offered include: Data Management and Destruction, Electronics Recycling, Product Destruction, Auditing and Reporting as well as Equipment Purchasing/Resale. As a Sales Executive your main focus will be on contacting, qualifying and securing new customers for GLEC services. The Sales Executive responsibilities include direct sales and business development, determining and negotiating pricing and terms as well as providing exceptional customer service. Day to Day Responsibilities Include: * Lead Generation * Prospecting - Cold Calling * Sales * Account Management * Administrative Functions as needed Requirements: An Associate's Degree along with at least one year of sales experience is required. Applicants with additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered. Additional qualifications include: Base Knowledge: * B2B Sales * Sourcing * General Business Acumen * Cross-Selling * Microsoft Outlook * Microsoft Excel Base Skills: * Strong Work Ethic * Excellent Written & Oral Communication * Strong Negotiation Skills * Basic Math/Margin Understanding * Intermediate Computer Skills * Customer Service Skills Base Abilities: * Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment * Multi-Tasking * Build Rapport * Self-Motivated * Travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in recycling or data management industry, and/or other related Sales experience preferred.
