Job Overview As a District Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, empower your team, and ensure outstanding service across multiple stores. Collaborate with industry leaders and senior management to learn and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Apply your training to drive business success as if it were your own. From overseeing operations to fostering a vibrant store culture, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to innovate and excel in retail. Job Responsibilities : * Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts. * Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability. * Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales. * Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience. * Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships. * Support team growth through training development and mentorship. * Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices. * Foster an inclusive team environment. * Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget. * Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit. * Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
