We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shoe Sales Representative to join our team at our outdoor location at Old Paris Flea Market. Position Requirements: * Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Reliable transportation; ability to transport merchandise from storage to the flea market (truck preferred) * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (excluding rain or snow) * Ability to assist customers with shoe sizing and product selection * Strong organizational skills and a high level of trustworthiness * Professional appearance and attitude * Experience handling a cash register and customer payments * Punctual and dependable * Excellent communication skills (bilingual candidates are a plus) Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in shoe or clothing sales Start Date: Immediate start preferred.
