Job Overview LB Contract Supply is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager - Multifamily to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. Duties * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting the multifamily sector within assigned territories. * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events to expand the customer base. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and territory activities for reporting purposes. * Provide feedback from clients to product development teams to improve offerings based on market needs. * Manage a team or coordinate with inside sales representatives to ensure consistent messaging and coverage across territories. Experience * Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the multifamily or related real estate sectors. * Demonstrated management experience or leadership in a sales environment preferred. * Strong background in business development, account management, and territory management. * Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is essential for tracking sales activities. * Skilled in negotiation, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Excellent analysis skills for market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Ability to deliver compelling product demos and upsell solutions effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
