Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and offer exceptional customer service. * Provide pet and product knowledge to enhance customer understanding and engagement. * Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Handle customer pet inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
