Requirements

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns. Present and explain various insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Process applications and follow up to ensure smooth policy issuance. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
