Job Title: High-Value Sales Associate Company Overview LW Automotive is a high-performance retail organization specializing in luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles. Our portfolio spans Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, BMW M, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Audi S/RS, Volvo Polestar, Volkswagen R/GTI, and American performance icons such as Corvette, Mustang, Camaro, Dodge Viper, and Hellcat/Scat Pack models. Position Summary We are seeking a polished, ambitious, and results-driven High-Value Sales Associate to join our elite sales organization. This role carries uncapped earning potential with high-intent inbound leads and a national customer base. Key Responsibilities * Build and manage a personal book of business through disciplined follow-up and long-term relationship development. * Present technical specs, provenance, rarity, upgrades, and investment value with authority and clarity. * Coordinate seamlessly with finance, shipping, and internal departments to finalize deals. * Manage the full client lifecycle from inquiry to delivery and future upgrade opportunities. * Collaborate with the shop/service team to ensure vehicles are reconditioned, inspected, detailed, fueled, photographed, and appointment-ready. * Confirm client arrival times -- especially long-distance clients -- and maintain full transparency on readiness and timelines. * Use LW Automotive systems to drive workflow efficiency and reduce operational interruptions. * Maintain disciplined CRM processes with accurate notes, follow-up cadence, and pipeline management. Qualifications & Requirements * 1-3 years of documented automotive sales success (luxury or performance preferred). * Strong knowledge of exotic, high-performance, European, and American muscle platforms. * Executive-level communication, presentation, and professionalism. * CRM proficiency and strong organizational discipline. * Clean driving record and ability to safely demonstrate high-performance vehicles. *Compensation & Growth * Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential. * Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities. * Associate will sign Job Description, Policies & Procedures, and Daily Tasks & Accountability forms.
