This role is responsible for driving enrollment through digital marketing strategies and proactive sales outreach. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing strategy and hands-on sales , and who aligns with our faith-based mission. Responsibilities * Create, manage, and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms * Follow up with inbound leads via phone calls, text messages, and email * Schedule gym tours and trial classes * Track, manage, and nurture leads within the CRM * Build referral partnerships with schools, churches, and local organizations * Analyze ad performance and adjust campaigns to improve results Pay & Benefits * Salary: $60,000-$72,000 per year * Growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization Schedule & Location * Onsite position * Houston, TX Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or social media marketing * Proven experience creating and managing digital ads * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Alignment with Alpha Omega's faith-based mission and values Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Fluent in English * Reside within the Greater Houston Area Preferred Experience * Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms * Background in membership-based, family-focused, or youth-oriented businesses More About Alpha Omega Gymnastics and Dance We offer gymnastics training for all levels -- from 4-year-olds to Level 10 -- for both boys and girls.
