TimberCraft Homes is seeking an ambitious, coachable go-getter who 's ready to grow, learn fast, and build a thriving sales career! As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the home buying and/or building journey while delivering an unmatched experience. This is a fast- paced, rewarding role for someone who's confident, personable, and hungry to win. This is a primarily commission-based opportunity, and there is no cap on your earning potential. Our current Sales Consultants routinely earn six- figure incomes , and the more you sell, the more you make--with no limits. While sales is the primary focus, this role also includes responsibilities related to maintaining your model home, inventory homes, and listings. Please review the details below under Duties & Responsibilities. This is an on-site position (weekends required) , where you will be based out of our model homes. Duties and Responsibilities * Weekends are required (Sat 10a-6p & Sun 1p-6p). Off days will be during the week. * Be reliable and flexible, as this is a volatile career field and you must be able to adapt. * Clean, stock, and maintain the Sales Model Homes to ensure they are ready to present to your future Buyers. * Clean, stock, and maintain the Listings/Inventory Homes in your assigned community to ensure they are ready to present and sell to your future Buyers. * Answer your business phone line and respond to customers promptly (including days you are not in the office. You must coordinate having another Consultant watch your line if you will be unavailable). * Consult with future customers by demonstrating your model home, and finding an inventory home or floorplan that best fits their needs. * Create and maintain marketing materials throughout each community, including signs, flyers, etc. * Desire to study, practice, and improve on sales material and presentation. We practice weekly, including role playing and demonstrations with the Sales Team. * Record keeping, including but not limited to contracts, agendas, releases, etc. * Maintain and utilize Google Calendar to organize tasks and events. Must be good with time-management and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed within the expected timeframes. * Build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other employees. * Assist with updating pre-sale customers on the construction of their homes. * You are required to track all communication with the CRM system. The CRM must be updated daily and as you interact with customers. * Assist in performing presentations, lunch meetings, or community walk-throughs with real estate agents and brokers to increase marketing with TimberCraft's on-site sales professional. * Help maintain the website and third-party listing sites by collecting construction update photos and communicating with the Marketing department. * Willingness to go the extra mile to increase traffic to the community and achieve sales and company goals. * You are required to create and maintain a social media presence for your business. You must be comfortable marketing yourself and TimberCraft, while showcasing the homes and build options you have available for sale. Our team is required to make atleast 3 social media posts per week. * Be comfortable in a fast paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are a must. * Willingness to help move around furniture if one home closes to stage the next. * Must maintain a clean, professional appearance that aligns with TimberCraft's brand standards while working in model homes and meeting with customers. This also applies to social media. You are a reflection of our brand, and vice-versa. * Have grit! Be ready to learn and make sales! Required Qualifications: * Ability to use a CRM system, Adobe, Excel, Word, Canva, etc. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments and closings. You MUST be a self-motivator. While you will have leadership and accountability, you will often be working independently. * A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team. * Proven experience in sales or customer service. No real estate license or experience needed (we train you). * Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbally and written) * Ability to work independently and meet goals. * Strong administrative and organizational skills. * Reliable transportation to/around the N.
