Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential members, promote our offerings, and build lasting relationships that enhance our community. This position requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, along with a strong focus on B2B sales and account management. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new memberships. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. * Perform tours to showcase the benefits of membership. * Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to reach potential clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements * Ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet client needs. * Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others succeed. * A proactive approach to business development with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
