About the Role Roofing World is seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed revenue goals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building winning teams, driving accountability, and producing measurable results. You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of 10+ sales representatives , ensuring they perform at or above industry standards. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who excels in one- call close environments and knows how to coach others to do the same. What You 'll Be Doing * Lead and manage a team of 10+ outside sales representatives * Coach and develop sales reps to consistently close 30%+ on one-call close opportunities * Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent * Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching (local and overnight travel required) * Train, motivate, and hold the team accountable to KPIs and revenue targets * Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from consultation through contract * Work closely with marketing and call center teams to maximize lead conversion * Oversee sales performance across three states * Utilize CRM, reporting tools, and data to track performance and improve outcomes What We Provide * Best-in-Class Training: Roofing World University with the most up-to-date sales techniques in the industry * Strong Infrastructure: * Dedicated marketing team generating leads * In-house call center booking appointments * Full production and installation teams (sales team focuses on SALES only) * Career Growth: Join a growing company during a record-breaking year Compensation Structure * Base Salary: $75,000 per year * Commission: Approximately $36,000 - $60,000 per year * Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000+ annually * Total Expected Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000+ I f this compensation structure does not meet your expectations, we appreciate your interest and wish you the best in your search. Ideal Candidate Profile * 10+ years of sales management experience * Experience in retail roofing strongly preferred * OR related industries such as solar, windows, exterior remodeling, one-day bath, foundation repair, or similar * Proven ability to manage and scale teams of 10+ reps * Expert-level understanding of one-call close sales processes * Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills * Emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills * Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable Required Skills & Qualifications * Valid driver's license * Ability to lift 50 lbs * Ability to climb on roofs * Expert-level smartphone and tablet proficiency * Strong CRM experience (required) * Microsoft Office proficiency * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * IT, budgeting, and reporting skills * Ability to give and receive constructive feedback * Must pass background check and drug screening Education & Experience * College degree preferred but not required * 10+ years of sales management experience * CRM proficiency required Why Roofing World?
