Sales Account Executive - Commercial Construction (New England) Base Salary + Commission | Structured Sales Environment | Company-Owned Accounts Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) Boston is hiring a Sales Account Executive with real-world commercial construction experience to help grow new contractor relationships across New England. This role is not high-volume or transactional. It requires organization, follow-through, and the ability to sell a turnkey solution into complex, active job sites. What We Do We provide turnkey, rental-based temporary wall and containment systems for commercial construction projects -- primarily in healthcare, education, retail, airports, and occupied facilities. We replace job-built temporary drywall with faster, cleaner, professionally installed prefabricated modular systems. Contractors use us when speed, coordination, and execution matter. The Role You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing projects -- working closely with estimating and operations. This includes: * Prospecting and developing relationships with commercial GCs * Working day-to-day with Project Managers * Aligning with GC leadership to prevent self-performed containment * Coordinating detailed scopes and pricing with estimators * Managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders * Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM and pipeline * Bringing forward ideas for new verticals or services when customer demand supports it Account Structure * Accounts are company-owned * Sales reps steward and grow assigned accounts * Accounts remain protected while active * Inactive accounts reopen after defined timeframes * Shared and split credit is used to reward collaboration This role values team results over individual territory hoarding. Compensation * Base salary + commission (no draw) * Higher commission for new contractors / new relationships * Lower but ongoing commission for repeat and extended rental work * Compensation rewards: * New business creation * Consistent follow-through * Team collaboration Six-figure earning potential for disciplined performers.
