ARZEL is a modern men's fashion and suit retailer specializing in tailored suits, formalwear, alterations, and stylish menswear. We serve customers shopping for proms, weddings, special events, and everyday elevated style. We are looking for friendly, motivated students to join our team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible part-time work, hands- on retail experience, and an opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities * Greet customers and assist with product selection * Help customers find their correct sizes and styles (training provided) * Learn basic suit fitting and measurement techniques * Maintain a clean, organized store environment * Restock merchandise and ensure displays look professional * Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns * Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store atmosphere * Support management with daily tasks and store operations Qualifications * Friendly, outgoing, and professional * Strong customer service and communication skills * Reliable transportation * Weekend availability required * Ability to work between 11 AM and 8 PM * Interest in fashion, styling, or retail (preferred but not required) * Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers throughout your shift No prior retail experience necessary -- we will train the right candidate. Schedule * Part-time: 10-30 hours per week * Weekend shifts required (Saturday and/or Sunday) * Weekday shifts available depending on class schedule We work closely with students to create schedules that fit their academic commitments.
