Duties * Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships. * Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of motorcycles, accessories, and related services to inform and excite potential buyers. * Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-in values to maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Upsell additional products such as riding gear, accessories, extended warranties, and service packages to enhance customer value. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed customer records. * Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely availability of popular models. * Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements at dealership events or motorcycle shows to promote our offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Support marketing efforts through social media engagement and community outreach to attract diverse clientele. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile/motorcycle sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. * B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is a plus for managing fleet or corporate accounts. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a broader customer base. * Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently. * Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes. * Skilled in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. * Effective public speaking skills for promotional events or dealership presentations. * Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing, discounts, and profit calculations. * Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for outbound sales calls and customer interactions. * Previous dealership experience or familiarity with inventory control is advantageous but not mandatory.
