Who We Need: We're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as "Scent-tologists." As a Scent-tologist, you won't just be selling scents; you'll be crafting experiences and memories for our guests. What You 'll Do:

• Welcome and Engage: Greet every guests with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting them to embark on a scent journey.
• Storytelling: Share our brand's captivating story and product knowledge with guests.
• Scent Customization: Guide customers through the magical process of creating their signature fragrance.
• Sales Floor Mastery: Manage day-to-day operations, process transactions, wrap orders with finesse, and ensure a seamless customer experience. (ability to lift 30lbs)
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Olfactory NYC at off-site events, spreading aromatic joy. What We 're Looking For:
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the magic of fragrance with charisma. Multilingual a plus!
• Creativity: Bring your unique flair to the scent-creation process.
• Detail-Oriented: Keep things smelling sweet by paying attention to the little things. Ability to lift 30lbs

Compensation

:

• Training: Comprehensive training and apprenticeship program to hone your scent-tologist skills.

Compensation

: Base pay of $17 per hour with the potential to earn approximately $20-$28 per hour, with tips.( on completion of training)
