HOTWORX Chalfont is a state-of-the-art, 24/7 infrared fitness studio dedicated to helping members improve their health, confidence, and daily well-being. We are expanding our team and seeking a sales representative who excels in relationship-building, closing the sale and takes ownership of results. What You 'll Do Drive Membership Growth Through Strong Sales Fundamentals * Convert new prospects into long-term members using a consultative, needs-based approach. * Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects. * Work toward (and exceed) monthly membership and retail sales goals with confidence and accountability. Deliver a High-Quality Member Experience * Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine warmth. * Guide prospects through the studio and clearly explain the benefits of infrared fitness. * Build trust by listening, understanding goals, and offering thoughtful recommendations. Support Member Success & Retention * Check in with active members to maintain strong relationships and encourage ongoing engagement. * Help members stay connected to their goals through conversation, support, and product education. * Encourage reviews and referrals in a natural, relationship-driven way. Represent HOTWORX With Professionalism * Contribute to a positive, organized, and member-focused studio environment. * Attend community events, network locally, and represent the brand with maturity and confidence. * Use social media as a professional tool to highlight studio activities and support sales initiatives.
