What you 'll do * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our offerings and building rapport. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently. * Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing relationships and convert leads into sales. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns. * Demonstrate exceptional communication skills while addressing client inquiries and providing information about our services. * Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of technology sales and telemarketing techniques. * Assist in developing scripts and strategies for effective telemarketing outreach. * Provide feedback on client interactions to help refine our approach and improve customer service. Basic qualifications * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service. Preferred qualifications * Experience or coursework in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. * Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling roles is advantageous. * A keen interest in business development and marketing strategies.
