Working closely with fellow Customer Sales Associates, you'll demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services that align with sales goals--while sharpening your skills and advancing your career. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Associate: * Confidently provide customers directly with information about sales promotions, company history, and brand offerings. * Expand product knowledge and sales expertise by attending meetings and training tailored for Customer Sales Associates. * Represent our brand with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude while fulfilling all sales expectations. * Build authentic connections, assess customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions. * Handle inquiries on products, pricing, and availability using the tools and communication strategies provided to every Customer Sales Associate. * Strengthen customer loyalty by fostering long-term relationships that drive repeat business and sales growth. * Gather and apply new sales tactics by participating in networking opportunities and events..
