Must have previous Sales experience in the Staffing Industry Staffing Sales Representative - Industrial & Warehouse * Develop and manage client relationships within industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse environments * Identify workforce needs for roles such as general labor, forklift operators, machine operators, maintenance, and supervisors * Prospect new clients through cold calls, site visits, emails, and referrals * Conduct job intake meetings to understand shift schedules, safety requirements, and production demands * Present staffing solutions including temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services * Coordinate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates * Perform client site visits to understand operations, safety standards, and work conditions * Negotiate bill rates, markups, and service agreements * Monitor fill ratios, attendance, performance, and safety metrics * Resolve client issues related to performance, attendance, or safety incidents * Track sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM or ATS systems * Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and employment regulations Common positions supported * General Labor * Warehouse Associate * Forklift Operator * Machine Operator * Maintenance & Grounds * Shipping & Receiving * Inventory Control Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77029: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
