Job Title: Appointment Setting Call Center Specialist Location: Houston, TX 77079 Position Type: part-Time | Hourly + Bonus Structure Overview: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setting Specialist to join our call center team. This individual will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or service teams. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and focused on creating a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities: * Make high-volume outbound calls daily to leads from company-provided lists or CRM (e.g. JobNimbus, Salesforce) * Engage prospects in a clear, professional, and friendly manner to build interest and qualify them for appointments * Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultations, estimates, or service calls * Input accurate customer information and call details into the CRM * Follow-up on missed appointments or reschedule as needed * Overcome objections using clear scripts and rebuttals * Coordinate with sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and lead handoff * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals * Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand with integrity and professionalism Qualifications: * 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role (appointment setting experience preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with outbound calling and high call volumes * Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills * Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and call dialer systems * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required * High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses * Opportunities for advancement and professional development * Paid training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.32 - $16.47 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77079 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77079: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
