POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Texas-licensed Insurance Agent to market and sell insurance products for home & auto while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is motivated, ethical, organized, and able to operate in compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations. This role is well-suited for experienced and/or newly licensed agents looking to grow with an established agency. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Client Development Prospect and quote insurance policies for new and existing clients Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage Present coverage options clearly and accurately Bind policies in accordance with carrier and agency guidelines Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals Customer Service Respond promptly to client inquiries Handle policy changes, renewals, and endorsements Assist clients with billing questions and claims guidance Maintain professional relationships with clients and carriers Compliance & Documentation Maintain compliance with Texas Insurance Code and TDI rules Accurately document all client interactions in agency CRM Follow agency procedures for disclosures and record-keeping Complete continuing education (CE) requirements on time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Texas Insurance License (P&C) Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills (CRM, email, quoting systems) High ethical standards and professionalism Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
