Our Sales Assistants work hard every day, bring in new customers, and maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our company is looking for someone to grow beyond the Sales Assistant position. Someone who is eager to grow in their career and comes into the office with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The Sales Assistant will learn the customer service and sales process efficiently and then have an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant : * Converse with decision makers on a daily basis and help them understand the products and services we can offer through customer service efforts * Assist the customers in finding the correct solution for their problems and processing sales in a confidential manner * Attend meetings regarding products and services, sales goals, new sales approaches, and monthly office goals * Work with other team members in the customer service and sales department to achieve personal and team goals * Coordinate with the office manager to assist in running training and meetings for the Sales Assistant team Successful Sales Assistants Should Have : * 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or experience in a retail environment is highly desired * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required * Possess customer service and sales skills such as; patience, empathy, and clear communication * High-quality, and dedicated work ethic * Goal-driven and customer service-focused mindset * The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment * Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week Work Location: On the road
