Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with inside sales activities, focusing on customer engagement, business development, and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and proficiency in CRM software to drive growth and ensure smooth office operations. Duties * Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping to ensure efficient office operations. * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate leads and foster relationships. * Engage in B2B sales efforts by presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales with business clients. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. * Support marketing initiatives through telemarketing activities aimed at expanding market reach and promoting new products or services. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop business development strategies that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales within a B2B environment. * Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse audiences. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and business development. * Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and engage prospects through warm calling techniques. * Knowledge of sales processes including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
