What you 'll do * Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling practices. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to encourage sales. * Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. * Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with pricing adjustments as necessary. * Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, providing information about products and services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Basic qualifications * Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately.
