One of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in Martin County, FL is expanding and looking for a full time Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. Our Agency provides personal & commercial insurance to our clients, representing almost all major carriers within Florida. We are seeking a qualified, professional to join our team. The individual should have the following characteristics and experiences: * Minimum of 1(one) year experience within the insurance industry working with personal lines * Withhold at minimum FL 20-44 Resident Property & Casualty License (2-20 Resident preferred) * Ability to perform account activities such as, but not limited to, client & insurance carrier phone calls & emails * Work closely with producers & team members in quoting policies, processing endorsements, ID Cards, binders * Speak with clients to obtain rquired information to quote coverages, and review coverages with the client. * Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Listening) * Self motivated, detail oriented, organizational skills * Have the ability to multitask * Work as a team player as well as independently Job Duties include but are not limited to: * Answer incoming customer inquiries * Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies * Record customer information within our customer service database * Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns * Quote coverages with direct carriers and prepare applications and work with proper E&S markets when needed * Work with underwriters in obtaining proper coverages providing proper underwriting information to obtain quotes * Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies, including reviewing coverage with clients * Other duties as requested * Communication method(s) used: E-Mail, Phone, In Person, Chat, Teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Personal Insurance: 1 year (Required) * Insurance Customer Service: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
