Duties: * Sales administration support to internal sales reps * Support purchasing department with ordering, pricing, and quotes * Locating product within company's multi-state branches for purchase * Prepare and review quotes, sales agreements, and financing information * Communicate and support with a variety of internal parties (including sales reps, branch employees, purchasing department, and management) Requirements: * 2+ years' administrative experience * HS Diploma required, advanced degree preferred * Experience within automotive or equipment industry a strong plus * Excellent communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new computer programs quickly and efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in an auto dealership or heavy equipment company?
