Duties

:

• Sales administration support to internal sales reps
• Support purchasing department with ordering, pricing, and quotes
• Locating product within company's multi-state branches for purchase
• Prepare and review quotes, sales agreements, and financing information
• Communicate and support with a variety of internal parties (including sales reps, branch employees, purchasing department, and management)

Requirements

:

• 2+ years' administrative experience
• HS Diploma required, advanced degree preferred
• Experience within automotive or equipment industry a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new computer programs quickly and efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
