Now we are hiring a motivated Designer & Sales Consultant who thrives in both creativity and business development to join our team. A closer that thrives on commission- based sales. Duties This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing beautiful, functional spaces and has the drive to build lasting client relationships through proactive sales. You will: * Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to assist their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences. * Creative innovative custom closets and storage designs using design software, ClosetPro. * Present solutions with confidence, turning design concepts into exciting sales opportunities * Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities instead of relying solely on incoming leads. * Manage project for first consultation through installation, ensuring clients satisfaction. * Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to your clients. * What we are looking for: * Proven design experience with a portfolio of work * Confidence and enthusiasm in sales-driven role-you love meeting people, networking and closing deals. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency with design software a plus (ClosetPro, CabinetVision). * Ability to balance creativity with business results.
