LOCATION: 906 Spencer Hwy. South Houston, TX Chacon Autos is a reputable and well established, family-owned, Texas-based business that has been around for over 65 years. We sell pre-owned vehicles people are looking for affordable, high-quality, low-mileage cars, trucks and SUVs - many of which are still under a factory warranty. We offer flexible credit terms for people with good credit, bad credit or no credit. We are the finance company for the majority of the vehicles we sell. Our friendly, no hassle customer service makes for a no pressure buying experience. We have many convenient locations across Texas, and a giant selection of makes and models to choose from. Compensation/Schedule: * Guaranteed Base $400 per week + Commission * Work schedule estimated at 40 hour (5-day work week) Job Requirements: * Ability to create customer base by prospecting, telephone and referral * Must use social media to generate leads * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well with a variety of different types of people * Some sales experience necessary. Not limited to Auto. * Must be able to pass background and obtain sales license from city. Job duties: * Interview customer to identify needs and preferences and determine best vehicle options. * Gather customer's financial information and present vehicle options. * Develop and maintain relationships with current and existing customers. * Demonstrate product features upon delivery.
