Qualifications: * Require age 16 and older * Have a positive and upbeat attitude * Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone * Interact with and communicate clearly to all guests * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle money accurately * Ability to handle and resolve problems Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Greet our guests enthusiastically * Provide complete information to the event participants * Room set up before the event and clean up once the event has ended * Clean all items used during the event * Attend to the needs of all participants during the event * Serve food and beverage to guests * Cleaning areas in locations fully at end of shift Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: * Glen Mills, PA 19342 (Required) Work Location: In person
