As a Sales Consultant at our dealership, you are responsible for managing all sales activities. From generating and managing your transaction with the customer to long term follow-up. Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers on the showroom floor, answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries thru various communication channels.
• Perform needs analysis to determine the desired type of vehicle for our client.
• Demonstrate the operation and features of the vehicle in the showroom and on the road.
• Work with Sales Management to structure and negotiate transactions.
• Complete all paperwork required for transactions.
• Deliver a first-rate car buying experience for our customers.

Requirements

:

• Two years sales or professional experience
• Strong selling skills, great communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of finance and lease concepts and terminology.
• Organized and dedicated to follow up with all sold and unsold customers through various platforms (phone, email, text).
• Maintain high-volume requirements of new and used vehicles and maintain high customer service scores.
• Professional appearance.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
