Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Flexible Schedule Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners. Motivation: A proactive approach, with an eagerness to tackle challenges and achieve targets. Technical Skills: Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability: Must be able to work full-time from our Warr Acres, Oklahoma office. Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through a variety of sales strategies and communication channels. Networking: Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand business opportunities. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and align sales activities with company goals. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports outlining sales activities, results, and recommendations for future strategies.
