Travel Specialists engage customers with our travel services and products (i.e., travel supplies, luggage) for an easier travel experience. You will assist customers through TSA Precheck, passport photos, or by initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. Services offered vary by store. This role usually has a more consistent schedule. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, other office equipment * 1+ years customer service-related experience * Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment * Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner * Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information * Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
