Duties * Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and guide them through product selections with enthusiasm. * Demonstrate products through engaging demos to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive product layouts. * Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. * Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring products are available for customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely. Requirements * Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. * Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities. * Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking abilities, are vital for success. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations. * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stocking shelves, and managing store displays.
