*Bombora Sun & Surf and Rosemary Beach Trading Company are fast paced, high energy retail stores in the Rosemary Beach community. *We are open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm looking to hire part-time retail sales associates. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance * Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items * Advise customers by providing information on products * Increase sales by suggesting add-ons * Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and credit cards * Assisting with stock when delivered, pricing & restock shelves when necessary * Help keep back counter, fitting rooms & stock area neat/clean Key Qualifications: * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays * Strong sense of pride and responsibility * Retail experience a plus, but not necessary we will train the right candidate Benefits: * 401K with generous company match (all team members) * Free access to on-site gym (all team members) * Free access to on-site tennis courts (all team members) * Discounts on merchandise (all team members) If you are looking for a fun, relaxed and comfortable place to work, come join our team.
