Full description of the position

Your role will be to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, analyze sales strategies and implement them, communicate effectively with customers, and have a base understanding of the day to day tasks and maintenance of the store. You will be expected to be involved in unloading inventory such as furniture and mattresses. Lifting of at least 75Lbs is required. Pay: Starting pay is $15 an hour. Commission will start 3 months after the date of employment, but once commissions begin, hourly pay will drop to $12.50 an hour. Commission is paid out monthly at 5% of all sales made by the sales person. (Can range from $1,000-2,500 a month based on performance) Sales Basic Math Retail Math Join our team!
