GED or high school diploma preferred and/or in action. * 3mth+ retail or similar service environment experience preferred. * Available for a minimum of at least three (4-8hrs) shifts a week. * Available for holidays and weekends as necessary. * Independent work ethic, confident in running a sales floor alone when the manager is away. * Prompt and timely for all shifts, arrives 10 minutes early to shift to ensure a timely opening of the store. * Effective time management and organizational skills. * Positive attitude and always exhibits professional workplace communication. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. * Must have experience with social media content creation, including developing engaging posts, creating reels, and similar digital content.
